Annotation. The tasks considered in the article are the possibilities of analyzing
and forecasting parametrs of an emergency situation based on metrological data,
determining and evaluatingthe dependence of the characteristics of an emergency
situation on meteorological factors, the dependence of extreme emergency situations
on the rick assessment of the emergence and development of dadangerous
meteorological conditions. An attempt to determine the dependence of the
characteristics of emergency situations on metrological parametrs, a mathematical
model that helps to develop methods for analyzing and predicting the risk of an extreme
emergency situation in the future is shown.
