Annotatsiya: O‘zbekiston Respublikasida oliy ta’lim tizimi shakllanishi,
mustaqillik yillarida amalga oshirilgan islohotlar va o‘zgarishlar bilan bog‘liq holda,
mamlakatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishida muhim ahamiyatga ega. Oliy ta’lim
tizimi, avvalo, mamlakatning bilimli va malakali kadrlar bilan ta’minlanishi,
shuningdek, iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy sohalarda raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda muhim rol
o‘ynaydi.
