Аннотация. Тадқиқотда сунъий кўз ёши терапиясига жавоб бермайдиган
қуруқ кўз касаллиги билан оғриган беморларда шох парда ва конъюнктиванинг
механик сезувчанлигидаги ўзгаришларни баҳолаш ва маҳаллий сиклоспорин
терапиясининг кўз юзаси сезувчанлигига таъсирини ўрганишдир. Бу тадқиқот,
шунингдек, сиклоспориннинг шох парда ва конъюнктива сезувчанлигига бўлган
таъсирини баҳолаш орқали, қуруқ кўз касаллигини даволашда унинг
самарадорлигини аниқлашга қаратилган. Тадқиқот натижалари
сиклоспориннинг кўз юзаси сезувчанлигини ошириш ёки камайтиришини
кўрсатиши мумкин, бу эса даволаш стратегияларининг самарадорлигини
аниқлашда муҳим аҳамиятга эга.
