Annotatsiya: Talabalarning ta'lim jarayoniga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasi ularning
o‘qishga qiziqishi, bilimlarni o‘zlashtirish darajasi va kelajakdagi muvaffaqiyatlariga
bevosita ta'sir etadi. Bu maqolada talabalar motivatsiyasini oshirishda o‘qituvchining
shaxsiyati va roli tahlil qilinadi. O‘qituvchining professional mahorati, axloqiyligi,
kommunikativ ko‘nikmalari va innovatsion yondashuvi talabalarning motivatsiyasini
kuchaytirishda muhim omillardan biridir. Maqola nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil
qilinib, o‘qituvchining rolidan foydalanish orqali talabalarni faollashtirish metodlari
