Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida o‘qituvchining
ijodkorligi va pedagogik mahorati muhokama qilinadi. O‘qituvchining kasbiy
faoliyatida ijodiy yondashuv, innovatsion metodlardan foydalanish, shaxsiy va
professional sifatlarning ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada pedagogik mahoratning
tarkibiy qismlari, o‘qituvchining ijodiy qobiliyatlari va ularning o‘quvchilarga ta’siri
haqida fikr yuritiladi. Xalqaro va milliy tadqiqotlar asosida ta’lim sifatini oshirishda
o‘qituvchining roliga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
