Abstract

Annotatsiya: Stress - bu inson organizmi uchun tabiiy va kutilgan hodisa bo'lib, 
ko'plab omillar tufayli vujudga keladi. Ushbu maqolada stressning psixologik jihatdan 
ta'sirini, uning sabablari va salbiy oqibatlarini tahlil qilish bilan birga, uni boshqarish 
usullariga  e'tibor  beriladi.  Maqola  shuningdek,  stressni  oldini  olish  va  uni 
muvofiqlashtirish  uchun  amaliy  yondashuvlarni  ham  o'z  ichiga  oladi.  Tadqiqot 
natijalari  asosida  stressni  boshqarishda  nozik  psixologik  yondashuvlar  zarurligi 
ta'kidlanadi.
